Scammers, Hackers and other things.

Maybe this is horrible, but is the truth. Nobody is safe of this and the next can be you, so what are you doing to prevent? Since the beginning of stardoll have been scammers and hackers and million of girls who have lost their dolls becouse of that.

First you have to ask you, ¿what is a hacker?

Accoding to Wikipedia "Today, mainstream usage of “hacker” mostly refers to computer criminals, due to the mass media usage of the word since the 1980s". Been Hacker is different to been a Scammer, becouse the term 'Scammer' just attent steal something.

¿How you prevent been hacked or stolen?

Months ago I ask some girls about what they do to prevent been hacked, most answered 'Don't accept friends' or 'I first know the person and then, I accept like friend'. In my oppinion that's work sometimes but not everytime, remenber that you don't know who is beside that screen so even not accepting friends they can own your password. They real way to don't been hacked is DON'T GIVING TO ANYBODY YOUR PASSWORD, even your sister or best friend, never give your password to anybody.

The most Famous Hacker

Brenda Roami, most know by her doll 'Roami' was a hacker of stardoll. But thanks that stardoll close her account in 2010. This girl hacked a lot of girl and always saying that she's giving SS Codes, one time I give some SS codes, but I don't in at the account of the girls I just explain how to use it so that says that you don't have to give your password for SS codes.

You've been hackerd, ¿What to do?

First you need to have proof and be sure you've been hacked, I recommend have a second account don't giving the username or something becouse that can been hacked too if they know that it yours. Please don't make the big mistake of send your password in a private message.

Now that you are really sure that you've hacked send a message to stardoll, if you don't have another account you can sell it with this link, just giving your e-mail, username, name and last name.

Send message to your friends, they need to know becouse if the hacker ask for items they know that's not you.

Wait. You need to be patient, your account don't comming back in a minute.
